Cholota’s application dismissal not a setback, says lawyer

BLOEMFONTEIN – The court’s dismissal of his client’s application isn’t a serious setback. 
That’s according to Moroadi Cholota’s lawyer, Piet Tibane.
Cholota’s application was dismissed with costs by the Free State High Court, in Bloemfontein.

The former PA to Ace Magashule was also arguing that her extradition from the United States to stand trial for a R255-million asbestos case, be declared unconstitutional.
She argued that the State misrepresented itself to the American authorities.
Cholota’s lawyer says the case will immediately be enrolled on the normal court roll while the prosecution says it’s ready for the trial.
